Telehealth for the Forgotten
Changing the field of medicine, one text at a time.
At Telehealth for the Forgotten, we believe that quality healthcare is a fundamental right, not a privilege. Our mission is to bridge the gap between medical expertise and underserved communities worldwide through an innovative, AI-powered telehealth triage system.
By leveraging artificial intelligence, volunteer physicians, and accessible digital platforms, we provide real-time symptom assessment, triage guidance, and medical consultations to those who need it most—regardless of geography, income, or access to traditional healthcare.

We are committed to:
-
Eliminating barriers to healthcare for marginalized and remote populations.
-
Harnessing AI-driven triage to prioritize urgent cases and connect patients to real doctors.
-
Building a sustainable, scalable telehealth model that can expand globally.
-
Empowering communities with health education and self-care resources.
-
At Telehealth for the Forgotten, we don’t just treat symptoms—we create pathways to better health, one patient at a time.
-
Accessible. Scalable. Life-Changing.
Our Story
In 2025, at just 19 years old, pre-med student Hannah Holmes took on an impossible challenge—to build a global healthcare solution from the ground up. Armed with nothing but determination, she personally designed and developed the entire user interface of Telehealth for the Forgotten.

While traveling through Cambodia, Hannah witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of extreme poverty. Entire villages lacked access to clean water, let alone healthcare. Families suffering from treatable illnesses had nowhere to turn. Even basic medical knowledge—the kind many take for granted—was out of reach for millions.

It was in that moment that a question burned in her mind: What if we could change this?
With the rise of AI, Hannah saw an opportunity to redefine access to healthcare. She envisioned an AI-powered telehealth system that could bridge the gap between underserved communities and life-saving medical guidance. A system that wouldn’t just answer questions, but triage urgent cases, connect patients to real doctors, and empower people with knowledge that could save lives.
So, she built it.

Hannah didn’t wait for funding, approval, or permission—she taught herself, coded, and launched the platform, rallying a team of volunteer physicians, medical students, and global health advocates to bring the vision to life.

What started as a single idea is now a growing movement—one that is proving healthcare doesn’t have to be a privilege. It can be accessible. It can be global. And with enough passion, innovation, and relentless belief in change, it will be.
